The room was beautifully presented and very well decorated. Offered useful things, such as coffee & tea making machines and glassware.- We had a stunningly beautiful courtyard view.- Had absolutely perfect and nice location close...  

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Bruges on foot as well as the car park. The team is young and extremely nice and helpful. Everyone speaks excellent English. The building is historical and has been used in a variety of ways (nobility, school, ...)....

we had decided at short notice to stay another night in bruges and wanted to treat ourselves to a night in a nice, well rated hotel before we set off for home. in this hotel we found one of the old, not yet restored rooms with carpet and wallpaper. "not yet" because we saw in a brochure that was displayed in the hotel that a part was probably already renovated and looked modernized. ours was probably still a remnant from old times. room impressed due to its appearance at first sight very much. unfortunately, at the second view it disappointed us quite much. carpet in this room would have needed a deep cleaning. the bed itself was clean; therefore a little too hard for our bones. under the carpet there were unevenness, "holes" in the floor. we also heard our neighbours walking in the room until late at night, of course the hotel can only partly do something for that. bottom line was that the price for this room was a little too high, in the high season, as the breakfast was not included. there are probably better rooms also in this hotel, after all, previous evaluations were quite good.

This venue is a charming old place with exceptionally helpful staff, a great receptionist, a delicious hot breakfast, and a fantastic food selection.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of witches' town, you can reach the town hall square in 5 minutes. . If you go by car, there is a public parking very close, which to our surprise was very cheap, 8.50 euros 24 hours. . The room is very nice...  

I stayed in the Maid's room - a single room with large ensuite which was very comfortable and exceptionally good value. Hotel amenities are excellent: great breakfast, lovely garden and lounges, internet access, friendly and efficient staff, less than 5 minutes walk to town centre.

The dining room here is perfect for breakfast, and the location is excellent, right by a nearby park and major tourist attractions.

Fantastic location next to the Fish Market and close to the Canals, museums, and galleries. The staff was very helpful, from suggesting restaurants to accommodating my late check-in and early check-out.

It had an excellent location - next to a popular central plaza. It was set next to restaurants and bars.

Convenient spot, just a quick walk to Dijver. The area around here is peaceful and quiet 🌿.
